TO USE 
In order to sharpen, place the cap on tight and twist the liner clockwise until you hear two 'clicks'. The eye liner itself cannot be twisted up, and can only be done so when it is inside the cap. 

Optional: To dispense more product, remove the cap and firmly hold the bottom of the pencil in one hand while clasping the neck of the pencil below the exposed tip with the other hand. Firmly pump downward to push out additional product.
